Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on various blockchain platforms.

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and auditing of blockchain code and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology , cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior development staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot) and smart contract development (Solidity, Rust).
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go).
• Experience with distributed ledger technologies and cryptographic principles.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in blockchain development.
