Key Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security audits for blockchain-related projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging blockchain technologies, trends, and potential applications for integration.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong technical community within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technology.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts using languages such as Solidity, Vyper, or Rust.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technology.
• Experience with major blockchain protocols like Ethereum, Polygon, or similar.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Go, JavaScript, or Python.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
