Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable blockchain protocols and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Write and audit smart contracts, ensuring their integrity, efficiency, and security using languages like Solidity.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for blockchain solutions.
• Integrate blockchain technology with existing systems and third-party services.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the wider Web3 ecosystem.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical innovation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and developing smart contracts on platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polygon.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to blockchain development, including Solidity, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Experience with blockchain frameworks and tools, and familiarity with security best practices in the crypto space.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
