Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core blockchain infrastructure and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for smart contracts and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize consensus algorithms and cryptographic protocols.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain development .
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain, such as Go, Rust, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric).
• Familiarity with smart contract development and auditing processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a remote work environment.
