Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain blockchain infrastructure and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Write efficient, secure, and well-tested code for smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
• Optimize blockchain performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technologies.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, C++, or Solidity.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric) and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with smart contract development, testing, and deployment.
• Understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices in the blockchain space.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies is a plus.
