About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure blockchain solutions and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Write robust, well-tested code for smart contracts and core blockchain protocols.
• Optimize blockchain network performance, transaction speed, and security measures.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement new features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production blockchain environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in blockchain development .
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
• Proficiency in blockchain programming languages such as Solidity , Go, Rust, or Java.
• Experience with developing and deploying smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum or similar.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and network protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first , asynchronous work environment.
