Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust blockchain solutions and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Write high-quality, efficient, and secure smart contracts and core blockchain protocols.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior members of the engineering team.
• Optimize blockchain network performance, scalability, and security.
• Research and integrate new blockchain technologies and tools to enhance our platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant focus on blockchain development .
• Expertise in smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Vyper) and platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon).
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js).
• Proven ability to design and implement complex blockchain architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills for collaborative work in Reading .
