Senior Brain Injury Rehab Support Lead

Active Care Group in Kent is offering a Senior Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant position at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre. This on-site, full-time role involves providing safe, caring support to adults with brain injury or neurological needs and working on a rota.

You will lead and coach care colleagues, develop and review care plans, ensure safeguarding and GDPR compliance, and maintain accurate records.
