Senior Bridge Engineer – Lead Civil Design & Delivery

WSP is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer to drive delivery of civil and bridge engineering projects in the UK. You will mentor junior staff, ensure quality on time and budget, and contribute to a broad range of bridge-related activities across the South West & Wales teams.

The role emphasizes design, maintenance, assessment, and strengthening of bridges, with expertise in Eurocodes and DMRB/MCDHW. You will support multiple projects and collaborate within a large, diverse engineering community.
