Senior Building & Customer Safety Leader

Home Group is seeking a Director of Building & Customer Safety to lead safety governance across a national portfolio. You will shape how we maintain compliance and safety in thousands of homes, working with executive teams and the Board to drive strategic safety outcomes.

You will bring senior leadership experience in regulated environments and a strong track record in building safety, fire safety and landlord compliance, plus ability to design assurance frameworks.
