Senior Building Services BIM Technician — Lead 3D Models

BakerHicks is expanding its BIM capability and seeks a Senior BIM Technician – Building Services in the United Kingdom. You will lead production of coordinated 3D models, drawings and documentation, supporting engineers and technicians across multiple sectors.

You will mentor early careers staff, ensure quality and compliance with BIM standards, and contribute to ongoing development of BIM capabilities within the team.
