Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
• Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications for IT solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and consensus among stakeholders.
• Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Proven ability to gather and document complex business and system requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
