Senior Business Analyst - Consulting

Our client, a prominent management consultancy, is looking for a meticulous Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear . This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions for a diverse client base. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Analyze and document current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN) and requirements management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
