Working Hours
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate
£395.83 per day

Job Reference

Provide expert business analysis and process improvement support across Housing Improvement Programme (HIP) workstreams.
Analyse and improve processes relating to housing safety, quality and compliance, repairs, voids and lettings, leasehold and tenancy management.
Use data analysis to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyse and interpret complex datasets.
Cleanse, validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Translate complex analysis into clear, practical recommendations and improvement actions.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and support the delivery of process improvements.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong experience in business analysis and process improvement.
Experience working with complex business processes, preferably within housing or a related public sector environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and trend identification.
Advanced Power BI development skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in data cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
Strong numerical and statistical skills.
Ability to identify root causes and turn data into practical improvement insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Demonstrable ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

Experience working within a local authority or social housing environment.
Knowledge of housing safety, repairs, voids and lettings, leasehold or tenancy management.
Experience supporting large-scale housing improvement or transformation programmes.
Experience of using data and business intelligence to drive service improvement.
