Senior Business Analyst - IT Systems

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their IT department in Stoke-on-Trent . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation and documentation of business requirements using various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units and the IT development teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably within an IT environment.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and requirements management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
