About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Senior Business Consultant to join their advisory team based in Norwich . This role is focused on helping businesses across various sectors to improve their performance, navigate complex challenges, and achieve their strategic objectives. You will conduct in-depth analyses, develop tailored recommendations, and support clients through the implementation of strategic and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis and diagnostics to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Develop strategic and operational recommendations to address client challenges.
• Lead project teams and manage client relationships throughout engagements.

• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior client executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a strategic advisory role.
• Proven ability to analyze business operations and develop effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis, and operational improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
