Senior Business Development Manager

We are pleased to be working with an International Logistics company, whom, due to their on-going successes and growth require proven BDM's in the Air, Sea and Land freight sectors.

The Role;

You will drive new business opportunities through Business Development, sourcing and closing contracts. Own your region, build a new-business pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, discovery, capability, negotiation, close.

Negotiate commercial terms and progress opportunities through to contract award. Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts. Monitor market activity and identify new sectors and opportunities. Ensure a structured handover of new contracts to the operational teams.

The Candidate;

You will be comfortable working on your own. You must have an existing network. Strong experience across Air / Sea or Land, these sectors are relevant to the regions. Driving License. Excellent Communications skills.

The Benefits

Salary: Up-to £60,000 D.O.E plus comms, first year OTE min £100k Remote working Car / Allowance Pension Mobile and Laptop
