Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and identify areas for system improvement and optimization.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for software development projects.
• Liaise effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to system implementation and training efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to elicit and document complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of system development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
