You will be responsible for designing and implementing transformational initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, and agility. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive business transformation programs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business transformation consulting or a similar strategic role.
• Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives across different industries.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, process re-engineering, and change management principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.
