Senior Cable Engineer – Offshore HVDC/HVAC (Scotland)

SSE is seeking a Senior Cable Engineer to join the Offshore Project Engineering team as part of Pathway to 2030, delivering HVDC/HVAC cable projects in marine and terrestrial environments in Scotland. You will drive technical excellence, ensure installation quality, and address design risks to support Net Zero.

You will support FEED, define system requirements for ECCs, review contractor designs, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to safety-in-design and CDM compliance.
