Senior Care Assistant & Team Lead - Elder Care

Barchester Healthcare seeks a Senior Care Assistant at a Poole area care home to deliver warm, person-centred care and support. You will supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist the clinical team with medications, assessments and care plans.

You should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and demonstrate knowledge of elderly clinical care.
