Senior Care Assistant & Team Leader - Compassionate Care

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to supervise and support a care team in our residential home. You will contribute to high-quality, person-centred care for residents, under the guidance of the Deputy General Manager.

You'll bring an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and a strong focus on elderly clinical care. Ongoing training and clear progression paths are provided within a warm, welcoming environment.
