Senior Care Assistant & Team Leader in Resident Care

LLOYD'S REGISTER INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team and maintain a safe, effective care service for residents in our facility.

You will role-model best practice in governance, ensure accurate records and clear communication for clinical and care delivery, and supervise staff with empathy and teamwork to meet residents’ needs.

Ideal candidates hold S/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults) or are willing to undertake the qualification.
