Senior Care Assistant — Compassionate Team Leader

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant for Scholars Mews Care Home in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, respectful environment for residents, visitors and staff.

With NVQ 3 in care and about two years' experience, you will help monitor wellbeing, contribute to person-centred care plans, assist with medication where required, and play a key role in staff supervision and effective communication.
