Senior Care Assistant - Flexible Hours and Leadership

Radfield Home Care Bath is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to cover Bath, Keynsham and Radstock. This part-time role (30 hours) offers £23,400 per year and the chance to provide high-quality care in clients’ own homes.

You will support the care team through spot checks, supervision and on-call duties, and assist with training new team members. Applicants should have prior care experience, a UK driving licence, be over 18 and have access to a vehicle.
