Senior Care Assistant — Lead Teams, Mentor & Deliver Care

Advinia is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, compassionate care for residents. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to ensure that every resident receives dignified, person-centred support on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include administering medications, supervising staff, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines while mentoring team members to identify training needs and career progression.
