Senior Care Assistant – Night Shifts, Flexible Hours

St Philip's Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant on a bank basis for Chilton Care Centre in Durham area. The role covers night shifts, 22 hours per week, supporting the Manager, leading a team and delivering high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity.

You will participate in care planning, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, report changes, and attend mandatory training. NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care preferred.
