- Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
- A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
- Full UK driving licence (Preferred)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am 10pm and alternating weekends
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work we currently cannot offer sponsorship
