Job Description
Senior Care Coordinator – Full‑time in the Health & Social Care sector, based in Wokingham. The role offers a salary of £35,000‑£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Care Coordinators to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee rota efficiency, workforce deployment, and compliance processes.
- Resolve payroll, billing, and timesheet queries with a focus on accuracy and improvement.
- Collaborate with Clinical, HR, and Operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Champion best practices in care coordination, documentation, and system use.
- Support the management of care packages.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 years’ experience in care coordination or operational roles in health/social care.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to manage finance‑related tasks such as payroll, billing, and rota validation.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
- Confidence using care management systems such as One Touch and Microsoft Office.
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport.
Desirable
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing or mentoring teams.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
