You will supervise Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist the clinical team with medication, assessments, care plans and reviews. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and you’ll be warm-hearted, compassionate, and dedicated to personalised resident care.
