Senior Care Lead - Compassionate Dementia & Resident Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

You will lead a team of care assistants, ensure personalised care plans, and work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Ideally you will have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care (and work towards Level 3), with a warm, positive energy and strong record-keeping.
