Pine Trees Care Centre in Hayle (St Philip's Care) is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for day bank shifts. You will lead a small team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents' dignity and independence are respected in daily routines.

You will support the Manager, take on responsibilities in their absence, participate in care planning, and help maintain safety and comfort for residents.
