Senior Care Lead – Dementia & Person-Centred Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You will develop and maintain care plans, administer medications, and work closely with the Nursing and Care teams to create a safe and dignified environment for residents.

You will support family communications, ensure accurate records, and contribute to stimulating activities that promote independence and wellbeing within the home.
