Senior Care Lead: Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will deliver personalised care, maintain records, and support residents and families with dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent and progress toward Level 3, with a strong focus on person-centred care and dementia. A warm, kind approach and time management are essential.
