Senior Care Lead - Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care. You will plan and deliver personalised care, know residents and families well, and ensure dignity and security in every interaction.

Ideally you will have a Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care and be prepared to work towards Level 3, with a background in person-centred care planning.
