Senior Care Lead: Dementia & Residential Support

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, supporting residents with daily activities and family communication.

You will contribute to care planning, record keeping and adherence to safety standards, while working alongside Registered Nurses and the Care Manager. Training and development opportunities are provided.
