Senior Care Lead — Elevate Resident Care & Team

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to look after residents and supervise a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

We expect warm-hearted, compassionate individuals with NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and a dedication to delivering personalised care.
