Senior Care Lead — Kind, Person-Centered Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team, deliver personalised care plans, and support residents in dementia, nursing, and residential settings. You will supervise Care Assistants, maintain records, and ensure safety and dignity in daily activities.

You will work closely with Registered Nurses and the Care Manager to provide meaningful engagement, during and beyond shifts, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care for every resident.
