Senior Care Lead: Mentoring, Quality Care and Growth

Comfort Call Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our community services. You will be a trusted senior presence, combining hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance in the community, with some office duties.

You’ll review care packages, support rota planning with Care Coordinators, supervise and mentor Care Assistants, observe new starters, and contribute to multidisciplinary reviews with accurate records.
