Senior Care Lead: Team Coach & Resident Advocate

Barchester is seeking a Residential Senior Carer in Haywards Heath to lead a team of care staff on shift. You will train, supervise and delegate duties while supporting with medication administration and ordering, and updating resident care plans and risk assessments.

Ideal candidates will hold NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with previous residential care experience and strong leadership. Ongoing training and clear progression paths are offered.
