Senior Care Lead: Team Mentor & Dignified Resident Care

Advinia is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care teams and deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care. You will work closely with Nurses or Deputy Manager to supervise daily routines, administer medication, and develop care plans in line with CQC guidelines.

The role offers hands-on leadership, ongoing training, and a supportive environment with opportunities for career progression; NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent required.
