Senior Care Team Lead — Residential Home

Barchester is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a care team in a residential home. You will train staff, supervise shifts and delegate tasks to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will assist with medication administration and help update resident care plans and risk assessments while coordinating with GPs, district nurses and families. The role requires NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with prior residential care experience and strong leadership
