Senior Carer & Team Lead — Compassionate Care Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a shift and provide person-centred care for residents in our care home. You will supervise staff, train teams, and delegate tasks while ensuring medication administration and updating care plans. You will liaise with GPs, district nursing and families to support wellbeing.
