Senior Change & Transformation Leader

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Principal Consultant for Change & Transformation within the Programme Advisory team. The role leads change and transformation workstreams, designs operating models, and drives business change activity to embed new ways of working for major programmes.

You will mentor junior staff, manage stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities to expand client engagements across infrastructure and real estate sectors. Hybrid on-site work expected.
