Senior Change Enablement Partner

Anchor seeks a Change Enablement Partner to drive practical change across programmes and directorates. You will ensure colleagues and residents are prepared, supported and confident to adopt new systems and ways of working, with go-lives that are safe and well adopted.

Operating within Anchor's Change Enablement Framework, you will work across multiple initiatives, collaborating with Programme Delivery Managers and senior leaders to shape readiness, adoption and sustainment plans.
