Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to build consensus and drive buy-in for change initiatives.
• Design and deliver communication materials to effectively inform and engage impacted employees.
• Develop and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for new ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex change initiatives across diverse organizations.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
