Senior Change Risk Oversight Lead

Nationwide is enhancing its Operational Risk Oversight team to provide independent risk oversight across major change initiatives. The Senior Risk Oversight Manager will partner with the Head of Operational Risk Oversight (Change) to shape risk opinions and ensure delivery aligns with the Group Change Framework.

You will engage with programme managers, technology teams and senior leaders, challenging risk assessments and supporting governance across the portfolio.
