Senior Chef de Partie - Lead in Luxury Hotel Kitchen

The Londoner Hotel is recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie to join our Culinary Team. You will assist the senior kitchen team, oversee junior chefs, and help maintain the highest quality dishes within cost constraints.

You will train colleagues, partner with Front of House for seamless service, and contribute to a busy, high-volume environment at Leicester Square. A passion for food and strong hygiene standards are essential.
