Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of sustainable chemical processes, focusing on waste minimization and energy efficiency.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and feedstocks to improve the environmental performance of operations.
• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) and environmental impact analyses for new and existing processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, operations, and EHS teams to embed sustainability principles across projects.
• Develop business cases and proposals for sustainability-focused process improvements.
• Monitor and report on key environmental performance indicators related to chemical processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization or strong focus on environmental engineering or sustainability.
• 7+ years of experience in chemical process engineering, with significant exposure to green chemistry and sustainable manufacturing practices.
• Proven track record in implementing process improvements with tangible environmental benefits.
• Experience with LCA software and environmental regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
