Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new chemical processes and plant modifications.
• Provide expert technical guidance on process engineering matters, troubleshooting complex operational issues.
• Manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct process safety reviews, including HAZOP studies, and ensure all designs meet safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and optimize process control strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their technical and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering, with a proven track record in project leadership.
• Expertise in process simulation, P&ID development, and equipment specification.
• Thorough understanding of process safety principles and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
